The leveler functions

-The leveler usually is 4-Hi structure, leveling work rollers with multiple rows of backup rollers

-The support strength between the backup rollers and leveling rollers can be adjusted by wedge device.

-The angle of upper leveling rollers and lower leveling rollers is adjustable according to steel plate thickness and strength.

-The press-down system is mechanical screw rod and worm & worm gear driven by electric motor.

1.The process of uncoiling, coil-head feeding and side guide before leveler is similar to that before slitter of slitting line.

2.Adopt encoding length fixing and mechanical or hydraulic shearing from up to down.

3.The stacking system for galvanized steel sheets, PPGI steel sheets, aluminum sheets should note to protect the sheet surface by receiving each sheet by piling arms.
