Our heavy duty thick plate cut to length line is very strong and convenient machine, thoroughly considering the working conditions of thick steel plates.
Each year we supply 3 or 4 sets big cut to length lines, knowing well material properties of the steel plates made by different steel plants.
The main characters of our heavy duty cut to length line
1.Double Cone Mandrels uncoiler (decoiler): max coil weight can be up to 35T, hydraulic cylinder for central aligning of the double decoiling stand Ф140mm x 800mm.
2.Portal coil-head traction opening bracket: the portal frame has four section steel legs, twin roller traction opening bracket, installed on the portal frame, press on the top of coil, very strong and reliable.
3.Twice leveling: first pre-leveler and later main leveler. Pre-leveler is located after uncoiling, double pinch rolls and 2 over 3 leveling rolls, driven by big motor, to remove the internal stress of steel strip. Main leveler is 5 over 6 (or 4 over 5) structure, leveling the steel strip to precise flatness.
4.Stacking system: for HRC, simple plate sender and pneumatic plates pusher; for galvanized or stainless steel plate, automatic double plate-receiving roller arms are adopted without hurting the steel plate surface.
5.Electric control system: Parker DC driver, Schneider electric parts and PLC + touch screen to control the whole line to work automatically.

2.What is your minimum order quantity, can you send me samples?
A: Our minimum order is 1 set machine, each machine is customerized, thus we don’t have sample to send, however, we can send you catalog, warmly welcome you to visit our company.
3.As the shipping period will take long time, how can you make sure the machine won’t be broken?
A: Our machine is film wrapped, to make sure the machine can be delivered to our customer in safe conditions, we fix the machine in the container by steel wires / ropes.
4.Will you arrange the installation of the machine at site?
A: We can send technicians to customer’s plants to help install and debug machines. The customer should get installation conditions ready before our technicians come, buy round trip air tickets, provide food & lodging, and pay each technician 80usd per day. The installation takes about 20-30days.
