C,Z, U purlin roll forming line introduction
Steel Profiles are widely used in many industries such as construction, house decoration, solar energy mounting system, elevators, automobiles, etc. We design and make steel profile roll forming machines according to client’s profile drawings. The roll forming machine for C,Z purlin can be independent for C or Z or exchangeable between C and Z.
Automatic C/Z exchangeable roll forming line
CZ Purlin interchangeable Roll forming machine realize the fast change between C and Z purlins.
Change between C and Z profiles, rotate relative parts to certain location and then fix, according to operation manual.
to make different thicknesses of same profile, adjust the height of upper rollers to reach perfect clearance between upper rollers and lower rollers , according to operation manual.
Different section sizes of same profile to be automatically adjusted by computer control on touch screen. The whole process can be front shear before roll forming or rear shear after roll forming.
The front shear can give faster speed(about 1m/min faster).
The rear shear can ensure less opening of cutting section, and one set of universal shearing blades for all purlin profiles cutting.

1.How can I get to your factory?
A: Our city Wuxi is near to Shanghai. You can get off plane at Pudong or Hongqiao airport in Shanghai, then come to Wuxi by fast train for 40minutes. You can take fast train from Beijing to Wuxi, 5 hours. You can come to Wuxi Shuofang Airport by plane. We can pick you up from Wuxi stations, airport, even in Shanghai airport.
2.What is your minimum order quantity, can you send me samples?
A: Our minimum order is 1 set machine, each machine is customerized, thus we don’t have sample to send, however, we can send you catalog, warmly welcome you to visit our company.
3.What is the delivery time of your machine?
A: The machine design and production need a production cycle. For small machine, usually 45-60days. For big machine and production line, usually 90days - 120days.
4.As the shipping period will take long time, how can you make sure the machine won’t be broken?
A: Our machine is film wrapped, to make sure the machine can be delivered to our customer in safe conditions, we fix the machine in the container by steel wires / ropes.
5.About the after-sale service, how can you solve the problems occurred of your overseas customer in time?
A: The warranty period of our machine is 12 months. Within the period, if machine problem is due to quality fault, we will replace parts for free. The moment we know the machine problem from customer, we will firstly tell the customer the fastest available schedule, then bring solution or send out parts as scheduled.
