Middle plate thickness ranges from 4-8mm, plate width is 1500mm, 1600mm, 1800mm, 2000mm. Steel coil weight 25T, 30T. Advantages of our middle sheet slitting machine

1.Decoiler: Double mandrels structure, clamp coil tight in the centerline. The double mandrels can be round cone shape or three steps cone shape. The central aligning is driven by hydraulic cylinder on each uncoiler base.

2.Slitter: Strong double spindles, circle annular slitting knives on double spindles with lock keys. Ф250mm, Ф260mm, Ф280mm spindle diameter, material: 40Cr, forging and tempering, medium-frequency quenching, hard chrome plating, fine polishing.

3.Tensioner: Woolen felt or five roller style tensioning according to steel strip material strength, reliable and stable.

4.Recoiler: DC motor & gearbox reducing to drive recoiling mandrel, with overarm separator or portal press separator.

5.Electric control system: American Parker DC speed controller, Mitsubishi PLC+ touch screen.

6.Either one or two pit accumulator to make sure synchronization between main motors, so smooth and high speed slitting can be reached.
