High speed fast stop shear cut to length line machine introduction

We supply high speed cut to length line machine, suitable for big steel plate processing centers, big electric appliance surface plate making factories, etc.  with unique characteristics:

1.material of metal coils can be HRC, CRC, GI, PPGI, galvalume steel plate, stainless steel, aluminum, copper plates.

2.Plate thickness mostly should be below 4mm for steel plate, 6mm for aluminum plate, 3mm for stainless steel plate.

3.The cut to length line has two levelers, one main leveler and one fine leveler, to make sure high precision leveling (±1.5mm/m2).

4.The fine leveler is driven by servo motor, length fixing is by servo encoding.

5.The fast stop shear is upper straight blade and lower V-shape blade with pneumatic clutch.

6.The stacking system including fast delivery belt, pneumatic sheets piling bracket, hydraulic  lifting table and output cars.

7.Electric control system: the main motor can be driven by DC motor controlled by Parker DC driver or Siemens AC motor driven by frequency converter, the servo motor and control is completely made by German Lenz company, the whole line interlink by PLC and enter information & monitor the line's working conditions on HMI screen.

8.The main leveler for aluminum sheets cut to length line is 6-hi structure, upper and lower leveling rollers with two layers backup rollers.

The efficiency of the fast stop cut to length line

1.The main leveler nonstop work at line speed up to 80m/min.

2.The servo encoder tells the PLC of the passed sheet length, the fine leveler stops when the fixed length is reached, the pneumatic shearing machine cut the sheet fastly(within 0.5s, length fixing tolerance: +/-0.5mm/m)

3.Output of finished sheets: max 25pcs/min for 2m long sheets.

1.Are you a manufacturer, trading company or a third party?

A: We are a manufacturer established in 2000.

2.What is your minimum order quantity, can you send me samples?

A: Our minimum order is 1 set machine, each machine is customerized, thus we don't have sample to send, however, we can send you catalog, warmly welcome you to visit our company.

3.About the after-sale service, how can you solve the problems occurred of your overseas customer in time?

A: The warranty period of our machine is 12 months. Within the period, if machine problem is due to quality fault, we will replace parts for free. The moment we know the machine problem from customer, we will firstly tell the customer the fastest available schedule, then bring solution or send out parts as scheduled.

4.What is the delivery time of your machine?

A: The machine design and production need a production cycle. For small machine, usually 45-60days. For big machine and production line, usually 90days - 120days.
